Modernising WTA's content authoring experience.

The Content Creator App project originated as a technical migration, and I worked to establish design involvement early in the process. I led the approach to define the experience, running user research sessions throughout. I conducted competitor analysis and contextual interviews with power users, and validated early concepts across multiple rounds of usability testing. The new app shipped, the legacy editor was retired, and users responded warmly to the quality-of-life improvements that were included.
